Normally, you will not get admission if you change your stream of study. What you can do is to take a Diploma programme in English literature and after completing this, you can do Masters.

Entrance exam of JNU is going to be conducted exactly in same manner as last year. So, do not worry. Concentrate on studying in the required subject so that you can clear it without much trouble.

Yes, you will be eligible for doing MBA in Canada, because it's universities degree is valid for other country, and it is good for you.

Most of the colleges are silent about their scholarships criteria. It is always advisable to contact them directly. You can find the list of colleges providing B.A. In English literature:
1. Lady Shri Ram College
