If you have genuine interest in the subject, only then you might apply for it as without a Bachelor's in the same course you are not very good with the fundamentals. Thus, it is advisable only if you have genuine interest.

An Air Hostess needs to be a person with a pleasing personality as the basic job for them is to take care of the passengers. The basic educational qualification required for Air Hostess is-:
Either 10+2 or equivalent or a Graduation degree. Age should be below 25 years with a minimum height of 154.5-157.5 cms tall. The eyesight should be of 6/6 without glasses, though it may vary from one Airlines to another. Hindi, English is a must with any foreign language which will make an added advantage though not compulsory. Please note that most of the Airlines give more preference to graduates rather than under-graduates. Unmarried candidates

You are qualified to do your Ph.D but not quite strong academically. However in USA, there are many options. You have to write to the universities yourself. Visit the department pages, check the Ph.D. information and email the research supervisors. Submit some work if you have, you will also require a strong recommendation network.

We are not sure about what is going to happen next year and what to talk of future far off. Nevertheless syllabus is one thing which is never static. It should and is changing in all subjects. Language is no exception. But, what it may take is anybody's guess. Hence it is futile to speculate on this and accept things as they unfold.
