As per the criteria, students seeking admission to the LLB course must have passed Class 12 examinations in any stream from a recognised board of India. Aspirants who have completed three or four years graduation or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate in case of Reserved Class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only) can apply for LLB at Faculty of Law, MIT WPU Pune. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

To be eligible for admission to the LLB course at Advocate Balasaheb Apte College of Law, People's Education Society's, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the MHCET Law exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the LLB course offered by the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University (ASU) are:

 * You must have a Graduation degree  from a university recognised by the UGC (University Grants Commission).

 *  You need to have  a minimum of 45% marks in  your graduation.

 *  There is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks. Therefore, SC/ST candidate minimum marks in 40 %

 *  Candidates are required to appear for and qualify in the Law Entrance Exam conducted by Apeejay Stya University (ASUAT).
