There are very limited jobs available as a lawyer except in judicial services and as a departmentental lawyer. If your aim is a government job then you are eligible to appear for a a majority of government jobs even after your graduation degree.

Being the most fluid part of all, legal aptitude is required in every aspect be in corporate, business, civil services, defense, industries, and PSU and govt. sectors legal is having its hand in all buckets, so scope is too diverse.

Hi,
You can apply for the JAG entry, it is especially for the law students but you must be a graduate in LLB and age limit is 21 to 27 year. If you comply by all these pointers, you are eligible to apply for all three defense services. Top universities for LLB are:

There are many opportunities after completing LLB. Most of the aspirants prefer to make law as their profession and become a lawyer. Getting a job depends on an individual's skills and qualification. No person, course and university will guarantee you a job. If you do not get a job, well you need to have a back up plan for this matter, may be a course or shift in career, you need to figure out this yourself. Your career plans are yours to decide.

LLB itself is a professional degree with which you can have career with corporate law firms, business firms in their law department and as independent practicing lawyer. If you are planning to do corporate law then, MBA may be some benefits. But I am of the opinion that if you want to remain as law specialist, you do not require education in the field of management.

Both, pharmacy and law are diverse profession. You will be able to use both field's knowledge if you want to be a specialist in drug and Pharma or want to be an IPR lawyer. Law is a very good profession with opportunities as corporate lawyer, law KPO or independent consultancy and practice.

LL.B. is essential for getting enrolled as an Advocate. Also , you can go for corporate jobs with this qualification to work in the HR / Legal / Company Secretarial delarments. LL.B. also helps in appearing for competitive civil service examinations, as it covers constitutional law, labour laws, corporate laws, taxation etc.
