No, it is not normally possible that you can have direct entry into this course of 3 year L.L.B. course in Department of Law, in University of Jammu. The principal mode of admission is through the entrance examination, Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET) in which you must also have yourself having a Bachelor degree with minimum 45 percent marks. The shortlisting also takes place in the university14 on the basis of the JUET score of the candidates only and there is a chance that even an interview or counselling interview can be administered later. You would need to do it online, and application forms and fees should be paid.
