Apart from this, candidates are required to qualify for the basic eligibility criteria prescribed by NLC BVP, i.e., candidates must qualify their bachelor's degree with at least an aggregate of 45% and 40 % for SC & ST students. No, candidates can not take direct admission to LLB course at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth. Aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates should complete graduation/Post Graduation from any recognised University with a minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) aggregate.

Shardha School of Law BA LLB eligibility criteria is
- Pass Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate from a recognised board.
- Aspirants must have good knowledge of English as well.
