The CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is not required for aspirants who want to enroll at the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University with LLB programs.
As such, the university conducts its entrance exam for all LLB courses, which includes BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. The admissions process also involves a written test and a personal interview.
It should be noted that eligibility criteria have to be satisfied: for the LLB course, one has to have attained a graduation degree, while 10+2 has been prescribed for entry into integrated BA LLB or BBA LLB courses.

According to the eligibility standards prescribed by the Apeejay Stya University School of Legal Studies, an Indian state, LLB programme requires applicants to have completed an undergraduate degree in any stream from recognised universities.
A Bachelor of aggregation with at least 45% marks from the graduation level is also essential for candidates' applications.
For the same reasons, reserved categories might have some relaxation from the minimum percentage needed as per the university's policy. An entrance test conducted by the university for admission would also be followed by personal interviews to assess the applicants' suitability
