As of July 1st of the exam year, candidates must be no older than 30 years old for general candidates and 35 years old for candidates from Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes or Other Backward Classes (according to University of North Bengal and Bar Council of India guidelines). There is no maximum age for students who are foreign nationals.

The PULAT eligibility criteria to apply for an LLB (3-year LLB) course have been mentioned below:

  • A candidate seeking admission to the B.B.A.LLB (Hons.), B.Com.LLB, B.A.LLB. (Hons.) Programs should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
