Late Shri Bimal Prashad Jain Memorial Scholarship at Department of Law, MDU is  awarded for one year to the 3rd-semester student of MBA who has secured the highest marks in 1^st & 2^nd semesters taken together in the first attempt. The amount awarded each month is INR 250.

The minimum eligibility for PhD at Department of Law, MDU is having a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate or its equivalent B grade in UGC seven-point scale in the subject concerned or an allied subject. Yes, you are eligible for PhD at the university.

 The minimum eligibility for BA LLB (Hons) at Department of Law, MDU is passing Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate (42.7% for SC/ ST of Haryana state only). The sleection criteria for the same is entrance based.
