All UGC DEB recognized distance degree certificates are valid for regular LL.B. Admission. So, you can do regular LLB on the basis of your distance degree.

Yes, you can take admission in BA LLB(H) prog without appearing for CET but you will have to fulfil the admission criteria of that particular university that you are applying to.
For targeting NLUs you must appear for CLAT 2021 and for best Universities in India which are offering law programes you may consider the following colleges-
IILM University, Gurugram
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
Lovely Professional University, Punjab
University of Mumbai, Mumbai
Symbiosis Law School, Pune
Chandigarh University, Chandigarh
National Law University, Orissa
Indore Institute of Law, Indore
O.P Jindal University, Sonipat

Please write about the college name for better response. The basic eligibility criteria of LL.B. Admission is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50-60% of marks in any discipline. So you have to complete your graduation first than apply.

No you can not go directly in Universities for admission in Law courses on the basis of TSLAWCET result. You have to go through the Online Registration cum verification, online payment along with uploading scanned
copies of certificates for verification. List of Provisionally selected candidates will be prepared College wise and will be placed in the website. So you have to go through the counselling process. For more details please visit https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/TSLAWCET/TSLAWCET_HomePage.aspx.

Pursuing full LL.B. Programme by distance learning is rare. You can either take admission in a college where there exist no criteria for compulsory attendance. In this way you can manage both.

Yes, you can pursue LL.B. After completing your B.Com. Normal L. B course is of three years. You can SEE the fee structure on the website of the University you opt for. Go for any UGC affiliated University. Prepare Well. Good Luck!
