I don't think Nirma Institute has a 3 year LLB course. Admissions are based on the basis of the rank obtained in the entrance exam. For a 3-year law course, you can give the DU LLB Entrance exam.

LLM through distance or correspondence mode is not recognised or valid. If any university offer such course, then you need to check the recognition status of that particular university or report to bar council of India regarding this.
