For LLB, you have to give CLAT exam and then based on your score you will be getting admission to the college.

You will have to see the websites individually. The dates for CLAT SSC etc. Exams have come so may be DU and other colleges will also be announcing soon. You may also receive notifications from shiksha.

You should go through the prospectus of the course offered by the institute to know more about admission procedure, fees, syllabus, course structure etc. Though for DU fees would be almost negligible.

There are many stream in MBA and it depends on your interests which one you want to pursue. You can do MBA in Finance, HR, hotel management etc. These are the most demanded ones.

You have not mentioned about your Bachelor's degree, because Graduation is mandatory for doing the LLB course. However, admission in the three years Law course is done on the basis of rigorous admission test, in which out of thousands of candidates only 80(eighty) lucky students are admitted strictly on the basis of merit. The course requires successful completion of 28 papers over 3 years segregated into 3 yearly examinations conducted by the University. Hence if you are graduate with 45% of marks can participate in University admission test for admission in asked course.

You will have to give various competitive exams like CLAT bhucet, jmicet, amucet, KUK lawcet, etc. These will give you a 5 year course. Other way is you can complete your graduation in any course then appear for 3 year law course.

CLAT is compulsory only if you want to get admission in 5yr integrated programme in nlus. NLUD although conducts its own AILET exam. CLAT score is also approved by many pvt. Colleges, so it is beneficial to give.

There are many exams like bhucet which is the most preferred one and other universities like JMI, AMU and CCSU are also offering 3 year law so you have to give entrance there as well. CCSU though is based on cut offs.
