The institute of company secretaries of India (ICSI) organizes the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) four times every year. These exams are usually conducted in January, May, July and November and thus gives more than one chance to the wannabe Company Secretaries to give the test.

  • ICSI CS Executive June 2025 exam will be held for a duration of three hours i.e., 9 AM to 12.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes from 9 AM to 9.15 AM for reading the question paper. 
  • ICSI CS Executive December 2025 will be held from 2 PM to 5.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes time to read the question paper from 2 PM to 2.15 PM.

ICSI conducts Company Secretary examination for the below mentioned levels -

Level 1: Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)

ICSI CSEET examination is conducted in four times in a year: January, May, July and November.

Level 2: CS Executive Examination

ICSI CS Executive examination is conducted twice in a year: June and December.

Level 3: CS Professional Examination

ICSI CS Profesional examination is conducted twice in a year: June and December.

  • A candidate is required to complete the Executive and the Professional examination within the registration period.
  • In case, candidate wants to extend the period he/she will be required to pay the requisite fee for the same.
  • Student registration is valid for 5 years. A registered student shall be required to complete the Executive Programme and Professional Programme examinations within the normal valid registration period of five years.
