Eligibility for B.B.A. LL.B. at Mody University
In regular course:
A 50% aggregate in C.B.S.E or its equivalent and adequate proficiency in English is compulsory. Candidates who have appeared for Common Law Admission Test will be given preference. Admissions are based on merits.
In lateral Entry:
Lateral entry is permitted up to the third year as per BCI norms. However, the decision of the University shall be final in this regard.

Most of the Universities requires 45-55% marks in LLB. For pursuing LLM programme. It is recommendable here that not to pursue the distance learning LLM programme, because there is big confusion over Bar Council of India decision regarding this. Hence, it is better to go with regular LLM programme.

You need to check the criteria for that, because some colleges have strict cut off of at least 60% in LLB to be eligible for LLM. Some agree on just 55% as well. So, just go through the website for the information regarding the same.

i would suggest you to visit the the college site for the same. the website will be able to provide you with the most appropriate information regarding the same. You will every information regarding the admission starting date, ending date, other formalities which you need to fulfill in order to get admission etc.

Graduation is possible without the formal study of 10+2 from distance learning mode like from IGNOU subjected to passing the BPP exam. Bu, for LLB you needs to complete class 12th also. So, you cannot study the LLB without passing class 12th exam.

Placements are not executed well by the placement cell officer. Students are not getting jobs after the completion of their course. The college has to focus more on placements. Students of previous batch also did not get placements from college due to lack of opportunities.
