As you completed your class 12th with Commerce Stream, you can apply for direct Five years LLB programme after completing class 12th Commerce. Or, you can apply for B.Com LL.B, because it helps you to prepare for various GST related problems.

LLB - Bachelor of Law, a three years Law Degree course which can be pursed after Graduation in any stream. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation in any stream with minimum of 40% marks from a recognized University within the age of 30 years. Some top Institutions conduct entrance exam like CLAT for admission to LLB. Others conduct admission on the basis of marks secured in Graduation Level. All the best.

Do it in English medium, as some laws are only easy explained in English and it would be tough translating the whole thing in Hindi with the meaning of it changing. And, you can practice anywhere in India with English language.

After your graduation, you can go for LLB. It will be of 3 years. The general requirement for pursuing LLB is that you have to first get 50% marks in graduation degree, and you might have to clear some entrance test with it. It will be advisable, if you do your degree from a well-known university, and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training.
