There are many institutions providing LL.B. In distance or online mode however it is discouraged by bar council of India. It is not approved by UGC hence you should not pursue this course in distance mode.

Yes, you can get admission to top Law colleges for LL.B. Courses, without taking the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) exam. The Common Law Admission Test exam is conducted for LL.B. LLB Course Fees in India ranges from INR 1 lakh to INR 2 Lakhs per annum on an average. However, there are fluctuations in the fee structure based on the colleges and the facilities provided to the students. A law course can be completed with a maximum expense and Renaissance law collage fees is about 50000 INR.
