As per the guidelines of Bar Council of India, correspondence course in law including Llb is not recognised. So there is no recognization to courses in law offered by correspondence and if any college is offering correspondence course in law then it might be flouting rules of Bar Council of India. Further, if you choose to do LLB from such college then you might have issues in registration with Bar Council after completing the course. so choose wisely.

As per rules of Bar Council of India, LL.B is a full time course. Therefore, attending 67% of the minimum classes is mandatory. You can't pursue LL.B. Through distance learning programme.
