Hi, I'm in CS Professional level and had done my B.Com from Shyamlal College, University of Delhi. It is always preferred that you do your CS and B.Com simultaneously. If you're not able to get into North or South Campus, get yourself registered in DU SOL and focus more on CS as it is a Professional course and levels after foundation (i.e. Executive and Professional levels) are tough and competitive.

Firstly, it depends on your interest. Secondly, see your family background if it belongs to the law, go for LLB. Otherwise, go for B.Tech. It will help you to build up your career in an easy way. Pursue any of the course in regular mode as distance LLB is not accepted by BCI.
Good luck.

Distance education in LL.B is not a good idea. It won't lead to any professional experience. Go for a regular classes and enjoy the exposure.

Please check out the university guidelines for this. LL.B in itself is a bulky course. You need to give time to this course.

For doing LLB, you have to prepare for CLAT exam. Be prepared with basic laws and general awareness questions. It is a good course with great opportunities. All the best.
