Chandigarh University is a better option as it has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities. Moreover, it has wonderful placements. 400 companies visited the campus this year.

Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue CSE. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.

Try UPES Dehradun. I guess it takes candidates based on class 12th. Indore Institute of Law is also an option.

You need to fill the form of Common Law Entrance Test or CLAT 2018 which will come out by November or December. You can also take MH-CET for law colleges in Maharashtra.

It is not necessary that every college has B.Com LLB, but I am sure than TNNLS and UPES, Dehradun offer B.Com LLB and it's better you take CLAT to get admission in TNNLS.
