The eligibility is that the candidate must be a graduate from University of Mumbai or from any other recognized University with minimum 45% of marks (40% for reserved category). If you fulfill this eligibility, you can apply for the course.

LLB in distance mode is not valid. Bar Council of India does not allow LLB in this mode. Go for regular one. Good luck.

The eligibility criteria for this course is:
Any graduate of a recognized university with 45% of the aggregate in general and 40% in case of SC and ST students and is qualified in Common entrance test i.e. APLAWCET. Admissions will be made by convener through common counselling on the basis of rank obtained in entrance test. The rules are subject to LAWCET norms.
