LLB is a 3 year programme in regular mode by only which you can pursue after graduation and that is affiliated to Bar Council of India and afterwards, you can apply for a license (To practice or job related to law).
BBL is a Bachelor of Business law and this course runs in distance mode by few universities like:
Annamalai University
Maduraj Kamraj University.
But, there is an issue pertaining to further practice as a lawyer from BBL programme that you need to check from Bar Council of India for the recognition and value for the same.
All the best.

You cannot pursue 2 regular programs from the same university and not even from 2 different universities. You can pursue 2 different programs from 2 different universities in different mode.
According to me, you should focus on your target. You should concentrate on one degree and give your best and get the knowledge to perform well in future.
All the best.
