Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is the most common and must entrance examination to seek admission in 5 years integrated Law degree course after 10+2 stage. CLAT entrance examination is conducted for admission to 18 of the coveted National Law Schools of India.

Firstly, Bar council of India approve only regular LLB programmes for which the maximum age limit is 30. For that, you have to appear for entrance test and interview as per university admission process.
You also need to check the particular university admission process.

Yes, you can apply for bar council of India registration if you had regular LLB programme from a recognized university or college.
You need to check the website of Bar council of India or state wise bar council for information.

You are eligible to register with Bar Council of India if you have done regular LLB from a university or institute recognised by it.

LLB programme is available only in regular mode as per Bar Council of India. There is no permission or recognition for evening or weekend classes
If any college offers such type of facility then you should check the validity of the college or university.
