Delhi University does not offer 5 years integrated BA LLB degree course. DU faculty of law offers 3-year degree course on law after graduation degree. Admission is based on entrance examination. You may look at DU website for further details. You are advised to appear for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC to become an IAS officer. It is the most competitive exam of India.

It is not necessary to have work experience for LLM. To pursue LLM in UK you have to clear IELTS test. Basically, it is the test to check your English proficiency. Moreover, minimum aggregate percentage of 5-year LLB programme should be 60% else they won't consider the application. It is good to pursue LLM in UK, they have Honors programmes in different subjects. One more benefit is that the most of the colleges have scholarship programme.

Dear,
The eligibility criteria:
Completed class 12th from CBSE or equivalent board with a minimum of 50% aggregate and must have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
As per this, you are not eligible.
Even you can complete your graduation in any stream and then go for LLB programme but in that case, you should have 50% in graduation.
You need to consider other options.
All the best.
