Check their prospectus or their website for the answer. You can even call on their helpline number. There you will come to know everything. What I think is you will be needing your graduation degree for sure. Rest some formal documents will be required which you get from your college after UG.

I don't think you will actually need the application form for the admission process. Rest, I would advise you to go through the guidelines in the prospectus or the website once or call on the helpline number. They will answer every query of yours.

Yes, any graduate or post-graduate can apply for LLB. But, what exactly is your purpose to opt LLB because as per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue LLB. through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full-time LLB is deemed eligible to practice law in India.
