Well, at the outset I would make it very clear that a LLB Degree obtained through a distance learning would serve no purpose, as it is not recognized by the Bar Council of India. Even then, if you would want to go for it, then please do. Also, please mention the institute you are looking for.

Hello,
No, it's not hard. Firstly, it totally depends on your interest. Three year law is having quite large syllabus but it's very interesting. As I'm a law student I feel it very easy and interesting. And at last in India it's not hard to pursue 3 year LL.B. Honors you may easily and directly get admission in any of private college.

Yes, you can, but there are less colleges who promote this method of LL.B. because of strict BCI rules regarding student attendance.

2. Government Law college (GLC), Madurai.
3. School of excellence in law, Chennai.
4. Government law college (GLC- TRY), Tiruchirappalli.
5. Government law college (GLC- CBE), Coimbatore. These are among the top colleges in Tamil Nadu for 3 years LL.B. Honors.

Hello,
They are both equal in value and both have good scopes and jobs. 3 year LL.B. Is done after graduation whereas 5 year LL.B. Is done after 10+2. This is the only difference. All the best
