The difficulty level of both these courses are the same, what exactly is different is the time period. For 3 year. LL.B. You must have already graduated in any stream but for 5 year course you can be fresh out of 12th standard. The rigor, hard work, internals, externals, everything is the same. If you are a graduate, go for 3 year LL.B. If you are fresh out of high school, then apply for 5 year B.A.LLB/BBA.LLB.

A transfer certificate from an educational institution has no period of validity in which it has to be used. Maximum is that the new institution may ask the student holding the transfer certificate to get a verification letter from the issuing institution thereby confirming that it has issued the said transfer certificate. Another thing it can ask for is for an affidavit of the transferred student that he has not made use of the said transfer certificate which is in his possession. The obvious reasoning to this is that the name of the student is deleted from the record of the institution issuing the transfer certificate. A r
