Hello Saurav,
You may join a coaching institute for civil services preparation as it would give you a basic idea and if you waste 3 years then it is quite tough to crack UPSC exams.

Hi,
University of Delhi will invite application form of DU LLB 2017 in May. Candidates who wish to pursue three-year undergraduate law programme from the Delhi University, Faculty of Law will need to fill DU LLB 2017 application form and register online for the same.
Candidates will need login credentials to fill the DU LLB application form 2017. The online application processing system of DU LLB will generate a login id/ user id and password for the candidates who register successfully for the LLB admissions in the central university.

You have put together too different options to choose from. The question is not which is a better option but which is as per your interest and capabilities.
If you have a analytical mind and you have a strong academic background then do Btech.
If you have great communication skills and enjoy argumentative conversations, good in English then take up Law.
If you have god social skills and a people's person take hotel management.
And if you are more of a leader with organisational skills and have a business acumen then do MBA.
