Definitely, she can pursue 3 years LLB. Also, after that, she can give AIBE exam and get a license to practice law. The scope is good if the passion is strong or else it will be as a struggle for her. I hope it will help.

It is easy to change the college within the university. To change the college is easy with the same university. But, in different university, it all depends upon the university to grant the transfer of course. Please contact the university examination office.

As per bar council, LLB programme can run only in regular mode not in evening or part time mode.
If any university offer you such admission, then do check the recognition and approval status.
