It depends on your interest. If you have a prior work experience in logistics and supply chain, then you can go for logistics. Operations will include mathematics based on excel along with linear/ non linear/ evolutionary programming models.

As per your technical experience and Post graduation, it is recommended to have SAP SCM and MM certification for prospects into roles like procurement and logistics.
SAP with HPCL as a partner is the best institution for certification.

Yes, many companies look for fresh MBA students from operations and supply chain mainly for the process of improvement in their current work process. Many FMCG, manufacturing looks for MBA students from logistics and supply chain. Packages generally depend on the role offered by the firm/organization.
