You can do MBA in UK with budget of 9 lakhs. if you study in University you are allowed to work part time 20 hours per week. in that itself you can earn 1 lakh per month while studying. You can take a bank loan for both tuition fees and living expenses. You can apply for visa with loan sanction letter and after visa comes you need not take the loan amount on living expenses

You need IELTS first. You can directly apply online . Only if you are looking for experienced executive MBA you need GMAT. if you are looking for fresher's MBA no need of GMAT
