Dear Yogita Pange, I have no idea about the ENTC at JSCOE PUNE but being alumni of LPU I can tell you about the ECE programme at LPU. LPU offers an ECE programme in a Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. I have many friends who have M.Tech in ECE from LPU and got placed in MNCs. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Placements: LPU has a good placement record for ECE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. In which students of ECE are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at LPU is 31 LPA and the average package is 5.1 LPA. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Hands-on Practical: Students who study ECE from LPU get an opportunity to do practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab, and other workshops conducted by this department such as Robotics workshop, Labview workshop, and many more. Specialisation Offered in ECE: Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field. Research: All the faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is academics or any other. My friend's guide during his programme helped him a lot in his research work and he published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore. Many students have published research papers and patents in International Journal and Conferences. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. Dear Poonam, Both CU and LPU are good but if I talk about the placements of M.Sc. In Mathematics, then LPU is good for placements. As far as I know, the highest package offered for the programme is INR 9.55 LPA. The companies visited for recruitment are as follows:

As LPU alumni, I been to interior designing department during one of their event, The Interior and Furniture Design course at LPU is good. Interior design from LPU is an option worth. Be it academics or placements, LPU is leading in all the major fields and has become one of the finest universities for interior design. The department has Highly experienced faculty mostly with industry exposure engaged in consultancy and research to add immense value to the academic life. We have faculty from IIT, NID, CEPT, NIFT etc. The highlights of the course are Extensive Furniture Design (carpentry and metal workshop) in which student gets the opportunity to make full scale furniture pieces with understanding of various joints, working and handling materials and evaluating the strength.
