Actually, LPU doesn't have any particular counseling office in any of the cities but when the counselors come to your place then they will make it clear about where to meet them and at what time by making an announcement in any newspaper.

Yes, you can but there are certain conditions which one has to fulfil:
*One must have completed his 1st year without any backlog/reappear.
*One should have the minimum percentage required in eligibility qualification of current year (in which student is seeking migration) .
*Student has to submit Migration certificate and Character certificate from head of present institute / university from which he/she is migrating.
*Mapping of transcripts is done and for this one has to pay mapping charges . If this goes well and there are no issues in mapping , one can join the university.
*After joining he supposed to spend 2 or more years in univers
