LPU offers a special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to Indian resident orphan students whose both parents are dead. The university gives scholarships based on a first come first serve basis to 10 applicants. I think CSE in LPU would be better. I don't know much about GNDU, but many of my friends are in LPU, Lovely Professional University and even I am pursuing my graduation from LPU only. LPU, in terms of faculty, curriculum, campus life, academics and placement, is great. The faculty for engineering is remarkable plus the curriculum is designed in such a way that you get to acquire both practical and theoretical knowledge. The professors do not just teach you; they prepare you for the real jobs out there. And if you ask me about the placements, LPU is visited by some of the biggest brands during the placement drives. The pay packages offered are impressive and even the stipends offered are quite good for the internship.
