Both are good but if I have to specify one particular university than I would recommend you LPU. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. Before searching for any University, you should compare universities on various parameters like academics, Industrial exposure, placements, infrastructure, On-Campus Facilities & Amenities, Student Activities etc. So, choose the programme and the University to join very wisely. As I have done master from LPU I had a great experience over there and my cousin did his B.Tech CSE. There are lot of opportunity for CSE students in LPU, few are mentioned below:

LPU has good placement record for CSE students. Every year more 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. Few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe etc. In which are placed. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in the campus itself, a student do not need to go outside for anything. In the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 3 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM etc. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims and top ranked universities all over world. Well being an alumni of LPU I would proudly SAT that LPU is really amazing in every aspects. LPU give you quality education, best infrastructure, well educated faculty scholarship and all. Fee structure totally depend on your Marks and on Programme which you choose for higher study. The syllabus as per the course requirement. The university has faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, and other prestigious institutions. Hostel living is fantastic. In reality, LPU is like a city inside a city, with a mall, restaurants, and gaming sites on campus for curricular activities such as autoexpos, go racing championships, youthvibe, and others, in addition to those held on the DSA stage on the university campus. There is a separate loan assistance cell that looks into such cases. A student has to mail their Loan Letter requirement to the Loan department through email after taking admission. Loan letters can be sent to the applicant only after a student submits one loan application form to the Student Loan Assistance team. This process may take two weeks. Many students in LPU are studying with the help of an education loan. You have to submit documents like pan card, identity proof, photographs, residential proof, 10th, and 12th Marksheet, and Certificate to the bank plus a few documents about your guardian. The LPU will ask you to submit the original prospectus, Fee structure, proof of admission, etc. When you contact LPU members for a Loan letter, they will give you a form. You fill it and get it duly signed by your guardian. After filling up the form, they will provide you with a loan letter. With the help of this loan letter and other documents, you can easily apply for an education loan in LPU. Bank will give you all fees to LPU via check or online money transfer to the university account.
