As of my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, IIST has discontinued ISAT and has started accepting JEE Advanced scores for admission to their undergraduate programs. However, to answer your question, when ISAT was conducted, the application form was available both online and offline. Candidates could obtain the offline application form by sending a request to the Chairman, ISAT-2021, IIST, Thiruvananthapuram, along with a demand draft for the prescribed fee. ISAT (IIST Admission Test) is the admission test conducted by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in space technology and related fields.
