First of all, congratulations for getting a decent rank in UPTU. But why are you scared about colleges? You may definitely get the government college (IET, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad) with decent branches like CSE or IT.

I think there is some complex procedure for the same. Also, the university reserves the rights to reject your plea. But I would suggest you must try. Start by writing an application with a strong reason and don't delay in submitting it. It by large (not all) depends on your reason. Also, mail it to them. You can also ask them via Email.

No, with this rank you can't get and not even any Government college. May be, you can get private colleges like BBD SRMU SRGI Jaipuria Bansal University etc.

You won't get great MNCs. Mostly, local companies are there, and that too a job fair is organized. There is no such official placement happening in here. Companies like SBI CREDIT CARD, Vodafone, Haldiram, etc., are available there, and they even don't offer a decent package. Expect around 10-13K per month if you are lucky enough to get selected by any of the companies.
