IET is the best college, but you have to crack AKTU and your rank should be about 400 and if you want to get admission in a private college then you can apply directly in BBD, SRGI, SRMU, BNCET, etc.

It is not necessary to do a particular course for becoming a businessman. Just do graduation in any steam. You may prefer economics honours or go for BBA Bachelor of Business Administration) if you are economically strong. BBA will help you lot for getting your goal at right time. One thing I want to add that just be focused on your goal. Check out the below link for BBA colleges in Lucknow:

If you've completed your graduation then go for 3-years LLB instead of 5-years.

Mass communication and journalism is a really vast field and you will have to specify this thing in your mind that what you want to go for journalism or mass media. There are a lot of different course related to Mass communication. I'm from Lucknow and I won't suggest you to go for any media college in Lucknow. If you are really passionate about the field then atleast go for Amity-Noida but I would recommend you apply for colleges like St. Xavier's-Mumbai, Christ College-Bangalore, Manipal University-Karnataka campus or Jaipur.
