Of course, Panjab University is the greatest because it is a government institution and pursuing a B.Tech degree there is worthwhile.
Although PU has an excellent reputation, a better environment, instructors of the highest calibre, and awesome classmates, entrance is not that simple and requires passing the JEE mains.

Among the colleges you asked about I would highly recommend you the Global institutes Amritsar. But still I would like to advise you to please choose Guru Nanak Dev University for doing your B.Tech course.

The applicant needs to have a 10+2 diploma or its equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English from a nationally recognised board of secondary education, with a minimum aggregate average (GPA) of 50% (or 40% for SC/ST, BC, and DP categories) and no optional subjects.
