Candidates must have secured a minimum of 40% marks in English Literature under Part II or 50% or more marks in General English under Part I at BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBM of Kakatiya University or any other degree recognised as equivalent by Kakatiya University. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of KUPGCET PG Entrance Examination, conducted by the university. University has not mentioned any specific syllabus for their exam. You can refer some good entrance books for sample papers and to know the pattern of the exam.

Please confirm the university/college name for which you want to apply because every university has its own admission/eligibility criteria and hence entrance exam pattern may vary for every university.

RIE CEE is the name of the exam. It has different exams for all the courses. 3 exams are conducted. 1 for B.Sc. B.Ed. And B.A. B.Ed. , 1 for B.Ed. (Arts and Science) and the last one for M.Ed. As you have completed M.A. In english, you can apply for B.Ed (arts). If you have the B.Ed. Degree, you can apply for M.Ed.

PGT is Post Graduate Teacher designation and for sure you will be taken as a PGT English. B.Ed shall support your getting selected as a Teacher. Your B.Ed is for TGT Level Job. Post Graduation for PGT.
