The safe and strict college is on the OMR, Chennai.
Placements: The placement percentage of the campus is around 85-90%. Due to the recession, it may be very this year. The highest package of the college is 50 LPA for the department of CSE, and the average package of the campus is 4.5 LPA. The college won't provide any internships, but the faculty will provide some guidance to achieve it. Developed and non-technical roles were offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. The college has a supercomputer lab and also normal labs. The Wi-Fi will be only available near the library and its surroundings. Classrooms are well-designed and digitalized. The mess in the College will be available for the day scholars also; the food quality will be superclass. The large canteen will be available. The college also has its medical curriculum and medical facilities also provided in case of any emergency. The sports tournaments will also be held with other colleges.
Faculty: The faculty and professors are highly qualified. The quality of teaching by the faculty is good. The curriculum the faculty and the college follow is quite impressive, but not all faculty can provide the same quality of output. The curriculum makes the industry ready. The difficulty level of the exams will be moderate.
Other: The campus atmosphere will be crowded, and the surroundings of the campus will be fully covered with greenery. There will be only one event celebrated once a year, but it will be conducted very grandly. But now the college fee is very high for the upcoming batch.

Truly worth and best decision a student can make is opting for Sathyabama.
Placements: Around 90% of our students are placed with a package above 4 LPA, and there are students who got CTC of 54 LPA and abroad packages too. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Wipro also come for placements. Around 96% of my department's students got placed in core companies like Renault, Nissan, Caterpillar, and more.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are pretty good with spacious and clean rooms. They clearly maintain the rooms by cleaning twice a week, and the food is very good, with 3 days of non-veg options that taste really good. The management provides free Wi-Fi across the campus and a vast library space to gain maximum knowledge. The classrooms are very clean and have projectors to facilitate smarter learning.
Faculty: The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and never hesitate to clear our doubts. The curriculum provides us with utmost knowledge in the field and improves our theoretical and practical skills. By the end of the 5th semester, students become industry-ready by gaining skills from workshops, internships, and industrial visits.
Other: Mechatronics at Sathyabama is the best decision I have made in my life, and the opportunities and learning I got there are vast.

Most of the students are from other states.
Placements: The college had a better placement record before, but now though the college boasts a good placement record there is only 70-80% of the students getting placed in top companies. The highest salary package offered last year was around 46 LPA, the average salary offered was around 6-7 LPA, and the lowest package was offered around 2.5 LPA. The top companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, and Tata Group.
Infrastructure: The college does provide Wi-Fi facilities at a few areas, but the speed of the network will not be high. The classrooms are maintained neatly. The college also has a library, but the students do not have time to visit the library due to time shortage. The hostel is not maintained properly, and the cost for the hostel is also high. The food provided in the mess is acceptable. The college also has emergency medical facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are not so knowledgeable except for a few. Most of the teachers just read what's there in the textbook, and no one teaches practically. The course curriculum is also not that much relevant to the industry, and it does not make the student industry-ready. The exams are not at all tough, and the students can easily score marks by studying just a day before the exam. The minimum pass percentage is 50% of the total marks.
