Yes, you just need to score really good in your graduation like 8 or high on a 10 point scale plus it should be a regular programme from a recognised University. However there can be other prerequisites (for example, English proficiency test) set by the University/college you intend to apply. Kindly check with the University/college before applying. No, it is important to clear all the backs in last year and you got back in last year. So, according to UGC criteria, you are not eligible for P.G. for this year.

The difference between MA and M.Sc in Psychology is not much. But it will differ according to the university/college offering you the same. Talking generally about MA offered in India by some top universities like Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Ambedkar University, etc., has a different approach and a combination of all subjects whereas M.Sc offered by BHU, Allahabad University, etc., focuses more on cognitive aspect of it. But, if we say what would be best to choose, it will not matter if your interest lies primarily in psychology.
