Industrial psychology is a branch of psychology that contributes to an organisation's success by improving the performance and well being of its employees.
It has expanded to include topics like efficiency, productivity, training, and assessment. It should not be confused with organizational psychology, where there is more focus on motivation, leadership, teams, culture and organizational development.
