The basic eligibility criteria for the MA programme available at HNBGU Pauri Campus is a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 40-45 % aggregate. The accepted entrance tests is CUET-PG. Students must prepare well for the accepted entrance examination for the successful admission to the available programmes. 

Aspirants who have completed graduation in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Uttarakhand OBC) can apply for MA programme at IMS Unison University. Admission to MA programme is based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates.

Madras Christian College provides MA programme for the duration 2 year. The MA course is offered in several specialisations, including Tamil Literature, History, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics and others.
