Hindu college itself has hostel facility for which you have to apply during admission and there will be a merit list of students whosoever will be alloted, and DU itself has hostels like Rajiv Gandhi girls hostel etc. For which you can apply but to be very honest these hostels are alloted on the basis of marks and are limited in number but you need not to worry as there are many PGs available near the college in Vijay Nagar, Kamla Nagar. The PGs are well built and fully-furnished and there are various options according to your budget, these PGs are even at walking distance from the college. Nivedita hostel/PG in North Campus for girls, RENT-14,000/-, AC rooms available. Aparna Girls PG in Roop Nagar, RENT-8000/-, AC rooms, WI-fi, TV etc. And there are lot of others as well.

Hindu college is known for its infrastructure and each and every building or tree or spot holds a special memory by each and every student. There are various stories about this college, but one of the most the funniest and important thing is the V-tree pooja, the most unique celebration of Valentine's day one has ever seen. Not only this but there are various famous spots throughout the campus. For me the uniqueness would be the diversity as the students admitted in the college are from all across the country as well as many foreign students but they are all united and welcomed whole-heartedly by the family of Hindu. One can never get bored or feel lonely. All the festivals of every religion has been celebrated in various cultural programs and events in which students actively participate. One can never be wrong by taking admission in Hindu College.

College fests and culturals are what make college life interesting, bearable, exciting and/or stressful for many. It is not anymore just another activity that features in the college calendar every year. For many years now, the scale and grandeur of the events have just gotten bigger and better with colleges vying to outdo each other. Roping in sponsors, bringing in celebrities, handling budgets in Lacs even crores in some cases ensuring participation and performing reasonably well in academics to ensure the professors cooperation in missing classes being a cultural secretary is no easy job.
