Aayojan School of Architecture and Design offers entrance-based admission to MArch. Applicants are selected based on MAH CET score. To be eligible for admission applicants need to apply and appear for the accepted entrance exam to apply for admission. Further, applicants are required to fill out the basic eligibility i.e. pass BArch degree from a recognised university or institute. After filling out all the parameters of admission, applicants are required to visit the official website of the college to fill out the application form.

BMS College of Architecture provides M.Arch course for minimum of 50% marks scored by the candidate in qualification examination. M.Arch course in BMS College of Architecture is not that much expensive. The fee is decided by the state government and BMS College of Architecture charges fee as per the norms of state Govt. Annual fee for 2024-25 in BMS College of Architecture is 1,00,000/- INR for M.Arch - Habitat design. Total fee for Category -1 candidate is 1,36,500/- INR which is approximately 1.37lac INR. This is total approximate fee and it is not expensive compartive to other colleges.

BMS College of Architecture has experienced faculty who offers the best education and guidance for the students. Getting a seat for M.Arch course in BMS College of Architecture is very difficult because it have less number of seats only. College provides Wifi facility for students but it is not that much fast. This college library provides various books for students which are helpful for them. Faculty in this college is very helpful for students and teach students very clearly. But apart from all these college placements are very less, it is the main drawback for the college.

Candidates who have cleared the HSC (10+2) or equivalent exam with a minimum passing grade from any school and hold a degree of B.Arch will be considered eligible for admission. Admission at BVSP is based on a Common Entrance Test (CET) consisting of a Personal Interview and Portfolio Assessment.

The eligibility criteria for the M.Arch (Environmental Architecture) programme at D.Y. Patil School of Architecture is:
