No, for admission in M.Com, you have to first clear all your B.Com subjects, without that you are not eligible to take admission in M.Com.

Dear Mahesh Badtiya, Eligibility for a Master of Commerce - Two Years Duration Course is Bachelor of Commerce. Provisional Certificate is mandatory for an admissions.

Technically no. The two or more courses cannot be done together (Regular/ Distance) as per rules, because you cannot claim the benefit of other course at the same time.

You need to have HSC (+2) and Graduation to pursue an M.Com Two Years Duration Course. Without the HSC Certificate, you will be ineligible to apply.
