The student who does M.Com as a regular course will get an opportunity to attend class room sessions. They will get more exposure to practical sessions as well. They will get proper guidance under experienced teachers or faculty members that will help them to be thorough with the subjects covered in course curriculum. You can get admission in integrated M.Com, even if you didn't had or took maths in class 12th. If you are from commerce background, your class 11th and class 12 commerce knowledge will help you as foundation are being taught in class 11th and class 12th. Best of luck.

In Nehru College, admission to under graduate courses like B.A., B.Sc., BCA, BBA and B.Com. are conducted on the basis of merit in 10+2 examination.
Admission to MA, M.Sc. and M.Com is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
For UG Courses, candidate must have passed in 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum marks varying according to courses respectively.
For PG Courses, Bachelors degree in relevant specializations with minimum 45% marks is required.

I am afraid, the eligibility for admission into M.Com stream is limited to the students who have completed their graduation in B.Com or BBA or equivalent streams of education, and engineering graduates are apparently not eligible to appear for M.Com. I think you need to think it over and then decide to do something different than m com. Here I would like to advise you to download the application form cum brochure of IGNOU the Distance Education University and go through its eligibility criteria for each of the course. I am sure as an engineer, you will find many courses for which you are eligible and maybe you are interes
