There are some universities that offer interdisciplinary research opportunities. The NorthCap University Gurugram Haryana offers part time Ph.D. programme and faculty there would guide you to undertake your Ph.D. selecting a topic such that your learning at Masters can be put to good use for your Ph.D. One example I can give is you could select topic like 'Motivation" in respect of sales personnel. While you are doing it on Marketing people, the topic is heavily oriented to HRM. But you should have strong reason for such interdisciplinary research.

You can opt for IILM Lodhi Road campus, as it is the oldest campus situated in the heart of Delhi with an huge Alumni base of 1200+ with most of them at senior positions.
