Either, you can go for a job, but if you want to increase your skill set and want to go for further studies, then you can either go for MBA which is 2 years, or M.Com which is a 2 year course, or you can go for 3 year. LL.B. All these entirely depends upon your area of interest. Choose wisely. All the best.

There are various universities which offer you to pursue PhD programme. The eligibility criteria varies in all the universities. You can appear in UGC NET Exam for pursuing PhD in India's top colleges. It's not compulsory that to appear in NET exam. There are also other exams through which you can get admission in PhD. You must have 55% aggregate marks to appear in NET examination.

So, start preparing for the entrance exams, because without qualifying these tests, you will not be eligible to pursue Ph.D.

As you have mentioned that you have completed your M.Com. So you can directly apply for the Intermediate level, as the students who have completed their graduation in any discipline other than performing arts are eligible to directly apply for intermediate course. You do not need to do the foundation course (entrance exam).

There is nothing like required score. As it is rank based, on your merit in comparison to other applicants. Higher you score, better the chance. Though, there exist some reservations too.

To become a Lecturer in College you have to complete Post Graduation in the subject you want to become a Lecturer. To become a Lecturer you have to apply, appear and crack NET (National Eligibility Test) examination conducted by UGC two time a year for selection of Lecturer. Thanks!

Yes, the admissions are open till 31st August. You can apply with a late fee of Rs. 500 till Oct end. The pattern of examination is not really given anywhere as such. You may contact the university or download its prospectus from its official website to see the pattern of examination.
