You need not worry. If you are not so good or comfortable with English Language, please feel free to go for M.Com in Hindi only. Because, if you will not understand what you are studying or being taught, there is no use of taking English. In the meanwhile, I would advise you to do some English speaking course through online mode, like youtube etc. People should feel comfortable in whatever they do and should not do things for sake of doing. If possible, learn Basic English in a few month and make yourself a bit settled in English language. May be, then you can do M.Com in English. Else, go only for Hindi for now, so that you

Fashion designing is a good field for those who were keen interested and dedicating towards itself. If you are planning to work in Top textile Mnc's like Raymond, Siyram, Motto or want to be entrepreneur, definitely fashion designing is a best choice. It is totally depended upon your creativity and skill set. As you are already M.Com graduate, it will be a cherry on the cake. National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi is top college. The rank list will be published by the College once the cutoffs have been decided.
Admission Process for M.Com
The admission process to HRCC will be merit-based and the score secured in the previous bachelor degree examination will be evaluated for the admission.

For MBA you need to appear for any one of the entrance exam mentioned below
1) CAT
2) CET
3) CMAT
4) MAT
5) ATMA
and other exams which are college specific like NMAT for NMIMS, XAT for XLRi, etc. As MBA has no age criteria limit you can do M.Com and later appear for MBA too. Good luck!
